These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Radioparts.com. By placing an order, submitting a purchase order, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Radioparts.com supplies RF, wireless, communications, electronics, accessories, replacement parts, and related technical products. Many items are fulfilled through distributor or manufacturer supply channels. Availability, lead times, shipping methods, and product details may change without notice.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through Radioparts.com does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. Orders may be reviewed for product availability, pricing accuracy, payment authorization, shipping restrictions, fraud risk, export restrictions, supplier availability, or other operational reasons.
Radioparts.com may cancel or decline an order if:
- The item is unavailable or discontinued
- The listed price or product information contains an error
- The order cannot be fulfilled through our supplier or manufacturer channels
- The order appears fraudulent, incomplete, or unverifiable
- The item is restricted from shipment to the requested destination
- The order requires a quote, supplier confirmation, or special handling before acceptance
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount paid.
Product Availability and Lead Times
Radioparts.com operates with a distributor supported fulfillment model. Some products may be stocked directly, while many items are sourced through distributor or manufacturer channels after an order is placed.
Product availability can change quickly. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee immediate availability, same day shipment, or continued supplier stock.
Some orders may require supplier confirmation before shipment. If an item is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or requires a longer lead time, we may contact you with available options.
Product Information
We work to keep product information accurate, but product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility details, pricing, availability, and manufacturer data may contain errors or may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their intended use before purchasing. This is especially important for RF equipment, wireless products, communications accessories, replacement parts, programmed equipment, electrical items, and technical components.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Radioparts.com may correct pricing errors, catalog errors, supplier cost changes, or availability issues before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Payment
Radioparts.com accepts approved payment methods shown during checkout.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, verified, captured, or completed. We may request additional information before processing an order when needed for fraud prevention, billing verification, or order review.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders may be accepted from approved business, government, education, or institutional customers at our discretion.
Unless Radioparts.com agrees otherwise in writing, any purchase order submitted to Radioparts.com is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting terms included on a customer purchase order, procurement form, portal, or related document are rejected unless specifically accepted in writing by Radioparts.com.
Quotes
Quotes are valid only for the time period stated on the quote. If no expiration date is stated, pricing and availability are subject to confirmation before order acceptance.
Quoted pricing may change due to supplier cost changes, freight charges, manufacturer changes, availability changes, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping
Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are based on the order, destination, carrier availability, product type, and fulfillment source.
Some products may ship directly from a distributor or manufacturer. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages or from separate locations.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Radioparts.com is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, supplier delays, address errors, refused deliveries, or other delays outside our control.
Original shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.

Address Accuracy and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
If a package is delayed, returned, corrected, refused, or assessed additional carrier fees due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the related shipping charges, return charges, correction fees, and handling costs.
Some shipments may require a signature. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the shipment or make appropriate arrangements with the carrier when available.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or is not delivered as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers must keep the product, shipping carton, packing materials, labels, and all contents until the issue is resolved. Carriers may require photos, packaging, or inspection before a claim can be reviewed.
Radioparts.com cannot guarantee refund, replacement, or claim approval until the issue has been reviewed and, when applicable, the carrier or supplier claim process has been completed.
Returns
Returns require prior approval and an RMA number. Do not send any item back to Radioparts.com without receiving return authorization first.
Items must be new, unused, complete, and in resalable condition unless otherwise approved. Some items are not eligible for return, including special order items, programmed or configured equipment, opened items that cannot be resold as new, discontinued items, clearance items, international or export orders, and items restricted by the manufacturer or supplier.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Because many items are sourced through distributor or manufacturer channels, an order may not be cancelable once it has been submitted to a supplier, staged for shipment, programmed, configured, dropshipped, or shipped.
If you need to request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status and let you know whether cancellation is still available.
Warranty
Products sold by Radioparts.com may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Radioparts.com does not create or extend manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty approval, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or credit may be controlled by the manufacturer.
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us before returning it. We may help direct the warranty process when possible, but warranty resolution may require manufacturer review, inspection, repair, replacement, or authorization.
Product Selection, Installation, and Use
Customers are responsible for proper product selection, compatibility review, installation, programming, configuration, operation, maintenance, and legal use of the products they purchase.
Radioparts.com is not responsible for damage, loss, incompatibility, regulatory issues, installation problems, programming errors, or performance issues caused by incorrect product selection, improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
Restricted Products and Export Orders
Some products may be restricted by manufacturer policy, supplier policy, carrier rules, export controls, destination limitations, or applicable law.
International and export orders may require review before acceptance or shipment. Radioparts.com may cancel or decline any order that cannot be lawfully or practically shipped to the requested destination.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, compliance requirements, or destination country restrictions related to international or export orders.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radioparts.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from the purchase, use, delay, non delivery, installation, or performance of any product.
Radioparts.com’s total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
Events Outside Our Control
Radioparts.com is not responsible for delays, failures, or inability to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include supplier shortages, manufacturer delays, carrier delays, labor disruptions, weather events, natural disasters, system outages, import or export restrictions, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Radioparts.com may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website applies to orders placed after the updated terms are published.
