Return Policy
Radioparts.com sells RF, wireless, communications, electronics, accessories, and related technical products. Many items are fulfilled through distributor or manufacturer supply channels, and some products may be special order, dropshipped, programmed, configured, or subject to manufacturer return restrictions.
Our return policy is designed to be fair while also reflecting the realities of technical B2B products and distributor fulfillment.
Do not send any item back to Radioparts.com without first contacting us and receiving an approved RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.
Return Window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
Return requests made after 30 days may be denied or handled under the manufacturer’s warranty process when applicable.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
- The item must be returned in the original product packaging.
- There must be no writing, stickers, labels, tape, markings, or damage on the product packaging.
- All manuals, accessories, cables, parts, and included materials must be returned with the item.
- The item must not have been installed, programmed, configured, modified, damaged, or used.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied, returned to the customer, or refunded at a reduced amount.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item or items you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging, if requested
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and an RMA number. The RMA number must be included with the return shipment.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned due to manufacturer restrictions, distributor rules, product condition, or the nature of the item.
Non returnable items may include:
- Special order items
- Products shipped directly from a distributor or manufacturer that are not eligible for return through that supplier
- Items that have been installed, used, programmed, configured, modified, or damaged
- RF equipment, radios, or communication equipment that has been programmed or configured
- Opened items that cannot be resold as new
- Items with damaged, marked, written on, or missing packaging
- Large quantity orders or bulk orders, unless return approval was provided in writing
- Clearance, discontinued, final sale, or closeout items
- International or export orders, unless return approval was provided in writing
- Shipping charges and carrier fees
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
A restocking fee may apply when:
- The item was ordered from a distributor or manufacturer specifically to fulfill your order
- The supplier charges Radioparts.com a return or restocking fee
- The item requires inspection, repackaging, or handling before it can be resold
- The item was part of a large quantity, special order, or non stock order
- The product packaging is not in perfect resalable condition
Any applicable restocking fee will be reviewed as part of the return process.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Radioparts.com determines that the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and properly packaging the item for return. Radioparts.com is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delivered without proper identification.
Defective Items and Warranty Claims
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us before returning it.
Many technical products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must be handled according to the manufacturer’s standard warranty process. This may require troubleshooting, inspection, repair, replacement, or manufacturer authorization before a final resolution is available.
Radioparts.com will help direct the warranty process when possible, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or credit may be controlled by the manufacturer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please keep all original packaging, shipping cartons, packing materials, labels, and the damaged product. Carriers may require photos or inspection before a damage claim can be reviewed.
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved. Discarding packaging may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.
Incorrect Items
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us before opening, installing, programming, or using the product.
We may request photos of the item, product label, manufacturer part number, packaging, and packing slip so we can review the issue and determine the next step.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Because many items are fulfilled through distributor or manufacturer channels, an order may not be cancelable once it has been submitted to a supplier, staged for shipment, dropshipped, programmed, configured, or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status and let you know whether cancellation is still available.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier returns a package as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address, we will review the order once the package is received back.
If the item is eligible for return and arrives back in resalable condition, we may issue a refund minus original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fee.
Orders returned as undeliverable are not automatically reshipped. If you still need the item, a new order may be required with a corrected address or different shipping method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or card issuer.
Return Approval
Radioparts.com may deny or limit a return if the item is not eligible, the request is outside the return window, the product is not in resalable condition, the item is restricted by the manufacturer or supplier, or the return does not follow the RMA process.
