Shipping Policy

Radioparts.com supplies RF, wireless, communications, electronics, accessories, replacement parts, and related technical products. Some products may be stocked directly, while many items are sourced through distributor or manufacturer channels after an order is placed.

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works, what customers should expect, and how we handle distributor fulfilled orders, lead times, carrier delays, damaged shipments, and delivery issues.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after they are placed. Processing time may vary based on product availability, supplier confirmation, payment verification, fraud review, shipping restrictions, order size, and whether the item requires special handling.

A product appearing on Radioparts.com does not guarantee same day shipment or immediate availability. Inventory and supplier availability can change quickly.

If an item is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or requires a longer lead time, we may contact you with available options.

Distributor and Manufacturer Fulfillment

Radioparts.com operates with a distributor supported fulfillment model. Some orders may ship from our facility, while other orders may ship directly from a distributor, supplier, or manufacturer.

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages, from separate locations, or on different dates depending on availability and fulfillment source.

Tracking information may be provided once the shipment has been processed by the carrier or fulfillment source.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Available shipping methods and rates are shown during checkout when available. Shipping options may vary based on product type, weight, dimensions, destination, carrier availability, and fulfillment source.

Some items may require special shipping methods due to size, weight, value, manufacturer restrictions, carrier limitations, hazardous material rules, or destination restrictions.

Shipping charges are based on the order details and selected shipping method. Original shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed shipping service is offered and confirmed in writing.

Radioparts.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, weather events, address issues, customs review, or other events outside our control.

Backorders and Delayed Items

Some items may not be immediately available at the time an order is reviewed. If an item is backordered, delayed, or requires supplier confirmation, we may contact you with an estimated lead time or available options.

Lead times are estimates and may change based on supplier or manufacturer availability.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can review availability and shipping options.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package or from more than one location.

Partial shipments may occur when some items are available sooner than others, when items ship from different fulfillment sources, or when products require separate handling.

Additional tracking numbers may be provided as each shipment is processed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Address errors can cause delivery delays, carrier correction fees, returned packages, or failed delivery.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, corrected, refused, or assessed additional fees due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for related shipping charges, return charges, correction fees, and handling costs.

Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature at delivery. Signature requirements may be based on order value, product type, carrier rules, destination, fraud prevention review, or supplier requirements.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive shipments or making appropriate arrangements with the carrier when available.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Radioparts.com, a distributor, or a manufacturer because it was undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or shipped to an incorrect address, we will review the order once the package is received back.

If the item is eligible for return and arrives back in resalable condition, we may issue a refund minus original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fee.

Orders returned as undeliverable are not automatically reshipped. A new order may be required with a corrected address or different shipping method.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep all original packaging, shipping cartons, packing materials, labels, and the damaged product. Carriers may require photos or inspection before a damage claim can be reviewed.

Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved. Discarding packaging may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.

Missing Items or Incorrect Shipments

If you believe an item is missing from your shipment or you received the wrong item, please contact us before installing, using, programming, modifying, or returning the product.

We may request photos of the shipment, packaging, product label, manufacturer part number, packing slip, or shipping label so we can review the issue and determine the next step.

Freight, Oversized, or Special Handling Items

Some products may require freight shipping, oversized handling, special packaging, or manual shipping review. In these cases, the shipping cost shown at checkout may require confirmation before the order can be processed.

If additional freight or handling charges apply, we may contact you before shipment for approval.

International and Export Orders

International and export orders may require additional review before acceptance or shipment. Some products may be restricted by manufacturer policy, supplier policy, carrier rules, export controls, destination limitations, or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, compliance requirements, or destination country restrictions related to international or export orders.

Radioparts.com may cancel or decline any order that cannot be lawfully or practically shipped to the requested destination.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.

If an order is returned, refused, undeliverable, cancelled after shipment, or returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fee.

If you need a product by a specific date, need expedited shipping, are placing a large order, or are ordering an item for a time sensitive job, please contact us before placing your order.

We can review availability and shipping options, but supplier availability and carrier transit times may still change.
