Order Processing Timeline

We strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days

At RadioParts.com, we make every effort to process and ship your order quickly. Our extensive catalog of thousands of items means that occasionally specific products may not be available for immediate shipment due to manufacturer backorders or restocking schedules.

We monitor backordered items daily and expedite shipments immediately upon arrival at our facility.

Order Processing & Availability

Standard Items

Most items marked as "Available" will ship within our normal 1-3 business day timeframe under standard stocking conditions.

Special Orders

Special orders and restocked items may require longer delivery times. Some specialized products may need to be ordered directly from manufacturers.

Important: If you have a delivery deadline, please contact us immediately for a delivery time estimate.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard Carriers: All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or equivalent carrier
  • Alternate Shipping: Need a specific shipping method? Contact us to arrange alternative shipping options
  • Insurance: All orders include standard USPS insurance up to $100
  • Signature Requirements: Most orders ship without signature requirement (exceptions apply for specialized orders)

Backorder Process

What happens when items aren't in stock:

  1. We automatically order items from manufacturers based on customer demand
  2. Typical Timeline: 10 business days from manufacturer + 24 hours processing at our facility
  3. If your item is on backorder, we'll contact you with updates and request permission to continue

International Shipping

Export Only Products

Products labeled "Export Only" are designated for international customers and cannot be shipped to United States addresses.

International Orders

International orders are processed as FOB Fort Lauderdale, FL USA unless different arrangements are made during order placement. We provide free delivery to your Miami-based freight forwarder.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may incur duties and taxes charged by shipping providers or customs authorities. RadioParts.com is not responsible for these charges. Contact our sales team for specific questions about international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Important: Items flagged with shipping restrictions will only be shipped to the billing address. Prior approval required for shipping to alternative addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

RadioParts.com is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during the shipping process. All shipping-related issues should be disputed directly with the carrier:

USPS Claims

For damaged or lost USPS shipments, file a claim using the USPS Insurance Claim Form

FedEx Claims

For damaged or lost FedEx shipments, file a claim using the FedEx Claims Process

Detailed Shipping Terms

  1. "Available" means the product will ship under normal stocking conditions with the manufacturer.
  2. All orders shipped from RadioParts.com are shipped via FedEx, USPS or Equal Class Carrier. If you require an alternate shipping method please contact us.
  3. All orders are shipped with standard USPS insurance up to $100. If you would like to increase the shipping insurance for your order please contact us.
  4. All orders are shipped without a signature required with exception of some specialized orders. All issues pertaining to the shipment and delivery of equipment by USPS or FedEx should be disputed directly with the United States Postal Service or with FedEx. RadioParts.com assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost equipment during the shipping process.
  5. Upon placing an order you understand and agree that RadioParts.com is not able to stock every item we have displayed on our website. Upon receipt of an order if RadioParts.com does not have an item or the total items in stock to fulfill the order we will automatically order this item from the manufacturer based upon the needs of our customers.

    IMPORTANT: If you have a deadline by which you have to receive the items ordered please inform us at the time of purchase so that we can make our best effort to expedite the order. This typically takes 10 business days to receive items from the manufacturer and we usually ship within 24 hours of arrival to us. If for some reason the item you have ordered is under a "backorder" status from the manufacturer, RadioParts.com will contact you to provide an update and request permission to continue with the order.
