If you have concerns or questions about the products you are purchasing please contact our Sales Department. Your questions will be attended to speedily.

Condition of Return

  • All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued.
  • All products must me in their original Motorola packaging.
  • No marks or writing on the product or product packaging.
  • Products must be in a new and unused condition.

Return Period

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the time frame below:

  • 20 days for all other Products and Accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Special orders
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Shipping Charges

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products that we sell:

  • There is a 25% restocking fee that will be applied to all returns.
  • Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item from us we will work together with the manufacture of that item to replace the defective item using the standard warranty procedures for that item and manufacture. See Motorola Warranty

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website with your correct address or choose a different carrier than the previous order. : At Our Discretion reserves the right to deny any return.
