Return Policy

At, we appreciate your business and strive to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you need to return your item[s], please reference our Return Policy below.

Do not send any item back to before speaking with a member of our team and obtaining an RMA number.

Condition of Return

All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued:

  • All products must be in the original packaging.
  • No marks or writing on the product or product packaging.
  • Products must be in new and unused condition.

Return Period

All returns must be returned within the 20 days from the date that you received the item[s].

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to refund the following:

  • Special orders.
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use.
  • Shipping charges.
  • RF equipment that has been programmed.

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, there may be a 25% restocking fee based on the condition of the returned items.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item from us, we will work together with the manufacturer to replace the defective item using the manufacturer's standard warranty procedures.

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package back to our facility, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase the item[s], please place a new order with a corrected address or different carrier option. At Our Discretion reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions could apply.
