These work great with my XTN radios. I just ordered a second one. They work fine with my standard hardhat. The ambient noise reduction is great. The people on the other end of the radio say it is much clearer for them as well. I'm very happy I found these. The only downside is that they do fit snugly and can get a bit warm, but the benefits outweigh that. (Posted on 2/21/2019)Rate this item
